The Perspectives Series is a video series featuring four panel discussions on the history of Yukon’s unique approach to self-government and land claims featuring the people who were actually at the table.
There are 4 videos in this series ranging in length from 48 to 60 minutes.
This series was produced to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Together Today for our Children Tomorrow and 25th anniversary of the Umbrella Final Agreement.
The series was created in partnership between Yukon University (Yukon College at the time) and Government of Yukon and is being shared with permission from both.
The series was recorded in 2018 by Shakat Media.

In this second video in the series, negotiators Albert Peter, Victor Mitander and Barry Stuart join moderator Tosh Southwick to recall the negotiations and spirit and intent of the Umbrella Final Agreement signed in 1993 between Canada, Yukon and Yukon First Nations.
