Dave Joe shares his thoughts and experiences with Indigenous governance. The theme for day 5 of the speaker series was Governance: Control and Responsibility.

Dave Joe is a Citizen of Champagne and Aishihik First Nations and one of the Yukon's first Indigenous lawyers. He worked as a the chief negotiator for the Council of Yukon First Nations and was one of the principal architects of the Umbrella Final Agreement.
