Together Today for Our Children Tomorrow 50th anniversary speaker series: Margaret Commodore

Margaret Commodore shares her thoughts and experiences with Indigenous governance. The theme for day 5 of the speaker series was Governance: Control and Responsibility. It is with great reverence that we honour Margaret Commodore’s legacy. We remember and celebrate her and her good work in mapping the way for First Nation self-governance and self-determination in the Yukon. All who live in the Yukon benefit from her actions and we raise our hands up to her wonderful legacy.
